STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. load an image URL in a debug build 2. if the error does not occur at once, Reload. See bug 177747 comment 51. There appears to be at least one more place that needs to be taught that NS_IMAGELIB_ERROR_LOAD_ABORTED for an image document really is a success code.
