When I change my font preferences the page shows the different font but does not
correctly lay out the text to take into account the new font size. So if I change from 12
to 36 point, for example, I get the same 12 point leading (spacing between lines of text)
so there's all kinds of weird overlap. If I manually reload the page it renders correctly.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.mozilla.org
2. Change font size in prefs panel
3. Hit ok. Observe how text is incorrectly laid out.

Actual Results: Text doesn't get re-laid out to account for change in face or size.

Expected Results: Correctly rendered the text.
