Steps to Reproduce:
1.Goto: http://www.popuptest.com/
2.Click "Drop down Popup"
Actual Results:  
The popup blocker does not block it!

Expected Results:  
The popup blocker should block that popup

I understand this technique it's not widely used but it can still be an exploit!
