User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.0.4) Gecko/20060508 Firefox/1.5.0.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.0.4) Gecko/20060508 Firefox/1.5.0.4 After last upgrade to 1.5.0.4. it is not possible to open new windows. Command N or File New Window do nothing. The timer spins for a few seconds then stops. I have redownloaded six times in three weeks. The problem remains. Now that I have realised just how many sites I use that try to open links in new windows I have had to stop using Firefox as my default browser and only use it for things that don't need to open new windows). I can have multiple tabs open and they work normally but I can't open a new window from any of them. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Command N, or 2.File/New Window 3. Actual Results: Timer spins. Then stops. Expected Results: Nothing. No new window opens. It should have opened a new window.
Reporter, do you still see this problem with the latest Firefox 2? If not, can you please close this bug as WORKSFORME. Thanks!
