User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1a3) Gecko/20060526 BonEcho/2.0a3

After applying one or more tags to a message, deselecting each of those tags removes it from the list of tags--except for the last one. (In my experience, this 'permanent' tag is also the first one applied to a message.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right-click a message and choose "Tag" > "Important" (or any tag).
2. Right-click the same message and again choose "Tag" > "Important.

Actual Results:
The message will flash, but the Important tag will still be applied.

Expected Results:
The tag should be removed. Note that this occurs only for the tag that was first applied to the message; all other tags are removable.
imap or local messages? This seems to be working for me with local messages...though there's a bug about this sometimes crashing, which might be related.
I can confirm this for IMAP accounts at one provider (Hosteurope).
