34313 - Mozilla stalls for a long time when rendering the above URL.

Running Windows Installer Build 2000040215 (regular installer build) with 
-console option.

When I load the above URL the page loads fast but then stalls when
it either renders the page or when you start scrolling the page.

I've narrowed this page's problem down to the table
background="images/spacer.gif").  This makes it a duplicate of bug #33709 and
places it in ImageLib component.  I don't have enough bugzilla access to do this
myself, so would someone mind doing it for me?  :)
