without 1st open after install, indepenet on exist or new created account

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install latest trunk (with delete directory)
   sh sudo ./seamonkey-installer
2. run seamonkey and all OK
   sh seamonkey -mail
3. exit seamonkey
4. second run seamonkey
   sh seamonkey -mail
5. CRASH



tested Windows XP SP2, ubuntu 6.06
seamonkey 1.1a latest trunk is OK
