After clicking help button, it show popup message

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open application
2.choose help menu
3.click help button

Actual Results:  
Pop up message shown

Expected Results:  
Open help menu

Used in windows operating system
Which version of Firefox are you using? You should've used Firefox to report this bug. I don't care about bugs in "MSIE 6.0". Please go to Help->About Firefox and copy the build identifier, which is the text starting with "Mozilla/5.0".

And what does that "popup message" say?
