In the Extensions/Themes approval queue, one of my own extensions is currently listd (Slashdotter). Each time that I approve or deny any other extension, I see this error at the top of the page:

Error: Denial of Slashdotter 1.8 cannot be processed because of missing data. Fill in the required fields and try again.

(even though the form for my extension is disabled and "No Action" is selected).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Approve/deny extension.
2. Look at page.
3. Gasp in shock.

Actual Results:
Error shown.

Expected Results:
Ignore that extension.

Two of my extensions were listed at one time (URL Fixer was the other), and it happened for both, so it's not unique to this one.
Are you saying that you see your own extension? You shouldn't. Sounds like a recent regression.
