Bug 210246 introduced new strings in dom.dtd which need to be added to the Polish (pl) l10n as well - on trunk.
This is similar to what Cedric is doing in bug 342316 for the French l10n.
A patch for dom.dtd follows.

Hubert Gajewski notices one typo in the dom.dtd file, so this patch fixes that typo as well.
