Not sure if this is a bug on non-Windows platforms.

1) Open new installer
2) When license agreement appears, press Tab

Notice that you are focused on the first radio button, but the second radio button is the one with selection. The next tab brings you to the second radio button

This is not how radio groups normally work. The group takes focus once in the tab cycle, and it is the selected radio button which gets focus. Then, up and down arrow change selection. This is similar to how lists, trees and tab panels work.
