Emails from our internal build system get flagged as
"scams" because they have links with ips in them.

It would be nice to exclude private ips as an
automatic identifier of scam email.  If some
other content should mark it as spam/scam, that's
fine, but the ip address itself should be trusted.

The summary of bug 308366 isn't that clear, but it seems to be aiming to make the same fix.
