Steps to reproduce: 1. Open a new Firefox window (Cmd+N). 2. Focus the search bar (Cmd+K or click). 3. Type 'firefo'. Result: the rightmost pixels of the letter 'o' appear cut off.

I can't really see how anything search specific would affect this - does it happen in other text fields?
Seeing the same thing, also on Mac. Been thinking for a while i was completely stupid, because every time i typed a quotation mark (") firefox would show me a single '
The second quote doesn't become visible until one clicks somewhere away from the search box.
It doesn't seem to happen in other text fields.
Does anyone see this on non-Macs as well? |

Yeah, this is especially confusing with quotation marks. For most characters it just looks a little strange.
