STR - 1. Launch an en-us build. Google.com is selected as the default search engine 2. Launch an en-gb build, using the same profile. Answers.com is the default search engine, not Google.co.uk as expected. The problem with this is that users switching from one locale to another will find their default search engine reset to something that is A. not their preference, and B. not the default engine shipped with the locale. It looks like what's happening here is that, in the profile, Google.com gets set as the default search engine. When you launch the en-gb build and that plugin isn't there anymore, we fallback on the first item in the list: Answers.com. Instead, our fallback if the profile-selected engine is unavailable should be to use the default locale-selected engine.
