If you try to change the resolution for fonts, it is not persistent. It will always be reseted to 96dpi.
This used to be broken, but has worked for a long while and is working on my 2000.04.16.06 build. What build are you using?
In addition: It is even reset to 96dpi in the same session. So why it is in the dialog if it is not changeable ?
So I try it again with 17. Apr. build now it works :-). Only a layout bug in the font dialoge apears if you type enter after changeing the dpi-value, but that is only a minor thing.
