344345 - When upgrading from build 2006070307 to latest nightly all remote calendars vanish

Recently when trying to upgrade to latest nightly builds of Lightning I've noticed all my remote calendars missing. The problem is fixed if I revert back to the previous build 2006070307.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up Lightning with some remote calendars using build 2006070307.
2. Upgrade Lightning extension to latest nightly.


Actual Results:  
No previously configured calendars exist or are available. Attempting to add a calendar fails since the Next button has no effect.

Expected Results:  
The calendars previously configured should appear.
