When I click to RSS icon, then stop loading preview page I can't click to RSS icon again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open some site with feed
2. Click to RSS icon on address bar.
3. Right away click to Stop button (before Preview page is loaded).
4. Try to click RSS icon.

Actual Results:  
Preview page doesn't opened

Expected Results:  
Open Preview page
It doesn't matter whether or not you've seen it start to load, what matters is whether or not startDocumentLoad has fired.
