I have divs wich "float:left; overflow:auto;" and another div with a formfield over it with "z-margin".
Can´t really reproduce it with "easy html"... but it seems like a render Bug in the screenshot.

I think I can confirm this bug and provide very easy HTML where you can clearly see the problem:

Is this happening on trunk?
From the screenshots it looks like a duplicate of bug 298219, which seems to be fixed in Firefox 3. -> WFM
