[pinstripe] dowload manager, 1px white border on the bottom of the progress meter?

on mac, the download manager progress meter for the selected download looks like it has an extra 1 px of white under it.

I think this comes from the 1px white at the bottom of the image and the selected color (for the download background) is blue.

note, non-selected download progress meters don't see to have this issue and it looks good.
