using 4/4 build of netscape
1) launch netscape
2) jump to URL above
3) File | Edit Page
Framset panel comes up
4) click OK
crash.
I filled out a talkback report. it didn't spit out a talbkac ID at me...it just
closed the talkback panel.

It crashes after I programatically close the window with an nsIWebShellWindow->
Close() call. This could belong to anyone...
