We cannot use new charts and graphical reports anymore since the last outage last week-end.

This is odd... Bugzilla didn't change hardware, the hardware just moved. The
graphs stuff doesn't depend on anything outside the box that would have
depended on network configuration, which is the only thing that changed that I
know of....

OK, found the problem kind of on accident...
I ran security updates on all the servers at Meer before we moved them to MPT.
Included in the updates that recluse (bugzilla) picked up were a new version of the Perl Template Toolkit. The latest version no longer packages the GD plugin as part of the core distro anymore, instead it's provided as a separate package.
I just reinstalled the Template GD plugin, and stuff seems to be working now.
