need to be updated to be the same as

/mozilla/security/nss/cmd/lib/SSLerrs.h
/mozilla/security/nss/cmd/lib/SECerrs.h
/mozilla/security/nss/cmd/lib/NSPRerrs.h

r=wtc.  Glen, I trust that you verified that after this patch
is applied, the three header files are the same as
mozilla/security/nss/cmd/lib/{NSPRerrs.h,SSLerrs.h,SECerrs.h}.
