[branch] no tooltip on search box button

I'm using 2.0b1 official bits on winxp.

note, the trunk has a tooltip.  screen shot coming...

not working on mac branch (for beltzner) either.

<sspitzer> fyi, the search box button doesn't have a tooltip either.
<sspitzer> (where I could change between google, yahoo, etc...)

<beltzner> yes, but I think it was removed because it wasn't working right
<beltzner> that might change when we get the new theme implemented, though

<sspitzer> (at least on trunk)
<sspitzer> it does "search using <x>" where <X> is my provider

In trunk you can see the tooltips on the left side of the screen too. When you hover over the engines you can see them in a short flash.

They were removed intentionally, see bug 311653 comment 36.
