in the "Save as" dialog box (download box), it's useful to add to existing functions (save to disk, open file with...) a function like copy this URL to clipboard.

i think this is invalid because there is already a Copy URL option in right-click context menu on links

I agree with you since if you select a element, it says Copy URL and in the address bar if you right-click, there is another Copy URL option in the menu also.

Or is this person trying to like make it like a keyboard shortcut or like a button to copy the URL of the address bar?
