I believe this happened some time today between my checkouts at 1138 EDT (0738 PDT) and 1649 EDT (1349 PDT).  In any event, the official 0720 nightly (pulled 0629 PDT) is fine and the current tinderbox build (pulled 1341 PDT) is broken.  Some menu commands are not functioning, at least on the Mac:

BonEcho:About Bon Echo is broken
BonEcho:Preferences... is broken, as is its keyboard equivalent (command-comma)
Window:Minimize is working, but its keyboard equivalent (command-M) is not

The trunk is not currently broken in this way.  Tested the tinderbox build pulled 1403 PDT.

Bug 321299 is the culprit.  Everyone else is exonerated.
