[wizard][mac os x] make the wizard look like an assistant on mac

thought that calling them wizards was pretty lame.)

The standard Mac appearance is roughly as the screen shots Seth posted depict,
but assistants aren't used too frequently on the Mac.  The appearance
particulars aren't so well-specified other than that "it should look sort of
like this."
