The menu such as Preferences, About, and Error Console etc. doesn't work.
In 07-20 1.8branch build, there is no problem.

Confirm also in WinXP for today's 1.8 build. Also, keyboard navigation does not work in the thread pane nor does collapsing the threads using \.
