345514 - clean up old stage accounts

When talking about account of people who're not in the project any more on #bmo, it came to my mind again that we have lots of accounts on stage which aren't used any more and probably should be removed - or at least disabled, if the on-disk file owner information needs to be retained.

Less accounts on stage also mean less potential security problems, I guess.

Of course, I don't know a list off my head, but if a "last login" time for accounts get tracked in some way, such a list could probably be compiled with some threshold based on that.

I at least know tao and ciopz, which are both in the l10n group with me and who have been inactive for quite some time (both are former heads of the Mozilla L10n Project).
