Using a moderate vertical scrolling speed produces a thin repeating row of the web page. The band can be thick or thin. There is no color problem.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a web page
2.Scroll down
Actual Results:
Using a moderate vertical scrolling speed produces a thin repeating row of the web page.
Expected Results:
Smooth vertical scrolling with the web page intact.
