This error occurs only when opening certain websites, but not for many others. Mostly the sites are those related to payments. My internet is through a USB data card or dongle. The error might have something to do with the way the ISP handles my internet traffic which the security features of the website senses as an interruption or interference and therefore blocks it. Can we analyze it using tcpdump ?
