If I have my browser window open on my secondary monitor and click one of the bookmark drop downs in the toolbar it opens on the edge of the primary(wrong) monitor.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use multiple folders to organize your bookmarks in the "bookmark toolbar"
2. Open browser window on secondary monitor (in my case I have my primary monitor on the right and the secondary on the left but it works in any arrangement)
3. Click on folder in the bookmark toolbar to show drop down selection
Actual Results:
Drop down appears on primary monitor
Expected Results:
Drop down should have appeared below folder clicked
