build 200033112 for Netscape 6 p1 for windows nt 4.0 apon exiting browser.
Browser seems to cause desktop icons seem to blink

This is a Netscape bug or a Mozilla bug?  If you saw this in the Preview Release
of Netscape 6.0 please download a Mozilla nightly build and test there, the PR
is getting pretty old and a lot has changed in Mozilla since.
