Firefox will not open/start after updating from IE View 1.2.7 to 1.2.8.  Verified this on 2 different PCs, and then used GoBack to recover to pre-update state.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Update IE View 1.2.7 to 1.2.8
2.Close Firefox
3.Attempt to restart Firefox.  Get a window of text conditions.

Actual Results:  
Firefox doesn't start.

Looks like they have a bad entity in their XUL
