Moving mouse wheel on any horizontal scroll bar doesnt scroll the page from left to rigt or right to left.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any web page eg: www.google.com. Preferably reduce the size of the browser to see a horizontal scroll bar.
2. Point the mouse on horizontal scroll bar and scroll using the mouse wheel.

Actual Results:  
The web page doesnt scroll from left to right or right to left. Instead the page moves up to down or down to up.

Expected Results:  
The web page should scroll from left to right or right to left when scroll bar is moved on a horizontal scroll bar.

This problem still persists in Firefox 2.0 version.
