It then loses focus and I have to select it manually. This is only in the first instance of a new process, all subsequent instances do not have this problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Make sure the Firefox process is not running. 2. Launch Firefox and being typing. Actual Results: I'm able to type in the address bar for a second, and then it loses focus. Expected Results: The address bar should have kept the focus after Firefox finished loading.
It might be worth explaining that typing something has nothing to do with it losing focus, it is only an indication that the location bar has focus initially and then loses it. In order to use Firefox under this condition, it is best to wait a few seconds when loading the first instance and doing CTRL+L.
Actually, it does happen with each new instance. New tabs work from the beginning.
