346388 - Deformed text image to be typed for verification doesn't display since fx 1.5.0.5 install

Images containing deformed/contorted text which the user must type into a verification box do not display since installing fx 1.5.0.5  Never a problem on prior version of fx I used. Could not locate option which may be controlling this type of display and found nothing relevant in help. IE displays it just fine 
 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to blogger comment screen
2. Note how there is no image of the deformed text user is prompted to copy into the verification box
3.

Actual Results:  
no results -- cannot initiate action without text image to transfer

Expected Results:  
ability to go forward without starting up ie
