346422 - New Mail "Envelope" Hides in WindowsXP Home

Once the "biff" fades, the envelope in the WindowsXP Tray disappears, and can only be seen by clicking on the tray's 'show inactive icons' arrow. This is new behavior; I suspect it started with this release; the envelope used to stay visible, to let you know that you had new email.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. You don't have to do anything; TB carries out the operation.

Expected Results:  
Envelope icon should remain visible in the WindowsXP Tray as it used to.

I see no action taken on this; however, I just got an email with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1b1) Gecko/20060731 Thunderbird/2.0a1 - Build ID: 2006073103, so perhaps this is fixed. I'm going to mark it as such, reserving the "right" to reopen the bug if the problem returns.

FIXED is only used when know code changes resolved the issue.

Reopened, as the fault reappeared yesterday; it is present in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1b1) Gecko/20060808 Thunderbird/2.0a1 - Build ID: 2006080803 as well.
