Making the table one column instead of two fixes the problem, as does changing the contents of the first cell. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click the second or third <select> box on the right of the row in the attachment. 2. 3. Actual Results: The bottom two <select> boxes and text boxes move down the page. Expected Results: Nothing should happen other than the item being selected.
