Cannot send outgoing mail, i receive a message stating the domain is blacklisted

When replying to or sending new emails, i recieve a pop up that states "An error occured while sending mail. The mail server responded: This domain is blacklisted, consult your postmater. Please verify that your address is correct in your mail preferences and try again." I have no trouble receiving emails, just sending outgoing ones.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Compose outgoing mail
2.Press the "Send" button
Actual Results:
I receive the pop up stating what is written above.
Expected Results:
Completed sending the mail

This is not a bug. The outgoing mail server you have set in Thunderbird is configured to block mail under certain conditions. Thunderbird attempted to send the message and the remote server refused to accept it. There is nothing else Thunderbird can do. For any further assistance please contact the operator of your outgoing mail server.
