Since we have released 2.23.2, we have: custom resolutions, shared Saved Searches, working mod_perl, fully-functional plain-text custom fields, and improved performance for installations with many products. 

But this nice news isn't mentioned on the page
http://www.bugzilla.org/status/2006-07-09.html , or previous status pages.

I think a lot of people aren't checking the wiki pages, although I'm sure they would love this news.

Ah, that's just unclear language on my part.

The meeting minutes mean that we've added those features *since* the release of 2.23.2. That is, they were all added afterward.
