Two-finger touchpad scrolling onto this link doesn't make the tooltip appear, but one-finger touchpad cursor movement does.  This seems wrong to me.

Hmm, maybe this isn't a bug.  Scrolling with the keyboard doesn't make the tooltip appear, and it would be annoying if it did.
