Text selection position does not match mouse position

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.non-existent-domain.com, so the "Problem loading page" apper
2. Start selecting text from "Check the address for typing..."
3. Move mouse cursor up to "Server not found" text
4. Then, move mouse cursor just bellow the first vertical separator line under the "Server not found" text

Actual Results:
The actual text selection position does not match mouse cursor position (text selection position is shifted to right from the mouse cursor position).

Expected Results:
Mouse cursor and text selection positions should match.

Also happens on text input fields.
I see this with
- Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1b1) Gecko/20060801 BonEcho/2.0b1 ID:2006080116

I do not see this with
- Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060720 Minefield/3.0a1

So it's fixed on trunk, but I'm not sure which bug it was that did it.
