I want to see a message with several attachements. Sometimes the proportions of the text and attachment list parts of window are such that message view is useless. See screenshot.

It seems, that the proportions of the parts are only derived from the proportions in general Thunderbird window (the one where folders, messages list and preview window resides).

On the main Thunderbird screen, You can change the size of message list by moving the border line between the message list and preview window parts of screen, thus changing the message preview window size.
The attachement part of preview part of screen is still fixed, thus only text part of preview is resized. Then if You open the message in its own window, it seems that the proportions from preview are automatically applyed to the message window too.

However, no changes can be made to the window proportions, and this is bad.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
User should be able to change proportions everytime, by simply drag-and-move of the border line.
