Fx 1.0PR should be before 1.0, not after. 2.0.0.* should be after the 2.0 alphas and betas. SM 1.1a should be before 1.1, TB 1.5 betas should be before 1.5, and the same 2.0.0.* stuff applies to TB as well. It's very confusing for new add-on developers to see them sorted this way.

When I look at the appversions list (see updated URL) in Remora, this seems fixed. If not, feel free to reopen or better yet, file a specific remora-related bug. Thanks.
