347044 - tabbed browser preferences break after WinXP wakeup from hibernate

After hibernating, I wakeup WinXP and when I click URL in webpage it opens a new browser instead of new tab as is selected in my Tabbed Browsing preferences.  Even if I close all instances of Firefox and restart, the problem reoccurs and I have to reboot machine if I dont want this annoyance.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Standby Windows XP
2. Wakeup Windows XP
3. Open Firefox
4. Click any URL hyperlink on any page

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
expect to have links open in seperate tab as listed in preferences.

I was unable to recreate this on a thinkpad at home.
Exactly what tab options do you have checked and unchecked?
What extensions are installed?

Without further information, this bug is INCOMPLETE. If this now works for you, then please mark the bug WORKSFORME. The resolution FIXED is only used when a known bugfix fixes a bug.
