After hibernating, I wakeup WinXP and when I click URL in webpage it opens a new browser instead of new tab as is selected in my Tabbed Browsing preferences.  Even if I close all instances of Firefox and restart, the problem reoccurs and I have to reboot machine if I dont want this annoyance.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Standby Windows XP
2. Wakeup Windows XP
3. Open Firefox
4. Click any URL hyperlink on any page

Expected Results:  
expect to have links open in seperate tab as listed in preferences.

I was unable to recreate this on a thinkpad at home.
Exactly what tab options do you have checked and unchecked?
What extensions are installed?
Reporter, do you still see this problem with the latest Firefox 2? If not, can you please close this bug as WORKSFORME. Thanks!
