Textareas: apostraphe (') brings up the search bar. Also can't navigate textareas with arrow keys, can't type SHIFT+HOME to highlight text.

Textareas do not let me type an apostraphe ('). When I type an apostraphe the search bar pops up. Also, when this problem occurs, I can't highlight items by pressing SHIFT+HOME or SHIFT+<rightarrow>, etc. Happens quite often but not everytime.
