I just get a blank tooltip with a title - no content. OK on branch.

This is how it looks on my debug build. Looks the same with recent trunk (10.3.9).

Mnyromyr says this is wfm for him (10.4.x). So, this could be 10.3.9-specific...

fwiw, this has never worked on 10.3.9 (doesn't work on the 26-Jun-2006 trunk build). This is probably due to bug 338786.
re-cc me if you find this isn't just a dup of bug 338786.
