I can confirm this.  STR:

1. Hide toolbar
2. Cmd-L
3. Type something
4. Cmd-Return

What happens: NSBeep()
What should happen: should open in new tab

FWIW, I'm not sure what to do about this - return just hits the "ok" button on the sheet. Maybe we can hide another button behind it w/ cmd-return, but there's no way to have alternate buttons, is there?

I wonder if there's a way to handle Command-Return in a sheet like we handle it in the location bar already. Taking to keep it on my radar; I'll try to look into this soon.
