This is sort of a feature request, but a very important one. Event ::
stopPropagation is not implemented yet. Through non-standard interfaces in
Netscape 4.x and IE4/5, developers have always had the ability to stop events
from bubbling. It would be a pity to suddenly deprive us of this very
important ability. The event model won't be complete without it.
