When entering text into a form with the input near the bottom of the screen, the autocomplete history can cover the input box so you can't see what you are typing.  It appears that since the popup can not fit below the input it opens upward instead, but it still uses the bottom of the input box as its base rather than the top.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. enter text into an input box multiple times to build up form history
2. position form near bottom of screen
3. enter text so that autocomplete will come up
Actual Results:  
input box is covered by autocomplete popup.

Expected Results:  
Autocomplete popup should line up with the top of the input rather than the bottom when cannot place the popup below the input.
